These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the platform at https://sattvicits.com (the "Platform") provided by Sattvic IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The Platform lets businesses send and receive messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform, publish content to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and Telegram, and create and manage advertising through the Meta Marketing API, using accounts and assets that you own or are authorised to use.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to use every account, Page, phone number and ad account you connect.
- You are responsible for the content you send or publish and for obtaining any consent required from your contacts, including opt-in for WhatsApp messaging.
- You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, the Meta Advertising Standards, the Meta Platform Terms and all applicable laws, including anti-spam and data-protection laws.
- You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the Platform to send unsolicited bulk messages, to send unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing content, to harvest data without consent, or to interfere with the Platform or third-party services.
4. Fees and billing
Fees for subscriptions, message credits and, where enabled, Meta advertising and WhatsApp conversation charges are shown in your dashboard. Prepaid balances are non-transferable. Charges incurred with Meta on your behalf are deducted from your balance at the rates shown in your account. We may suspend services while a balance is exhausted.
5. Third-party services
Meta, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Telegram services are provided by their respective operators under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, review decisions, policy enforcement or changes to their APIs.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or third-party policies, non-payment, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time; see our Data Deletion Instructions.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
