You can remove your data from the Sattvic IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. platform at any time. Choose whichever option suits you:
Option 1 — From your dashboard
- Log in at https://sattvicits.com/login.
- Open Connections and click Disconnect next to any Facebook, Instagram, Threads or WhatsApp account. The access token and imported assets for that account are deleted immediately.
- To delete your whole account and all associated data, open Settings → Account and choose Delete account, or email us using Option 3.
Option 2 — From Facebook
- Go to your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find Sattvic ITs Whstapp and click Remove.
- Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete the data we received from Facebook for your account within 30 days.
Option 3 — Email request
Email sunilgupta4417@gmail.com from the address registered on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm your identity, delete your personal data and any data received from Meta or WhatsApp, and confirm completion within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (for example invoices) are retained only for the period the law requires.
